GAMMA does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All information generated by your use of GAMMA, including session records, mood ratings, frequency history, and streak data, is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's built-in storage (UserDefaults / AppStorage) and never leaves your device.
We do not collect: names, email addresses, device identifiers, location data, usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information. GAMMA has no server, no backend, and no network connection of any kind.
GAMMA uses your device's motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope) solely to create a parallax visual effect on the home screen. This data is processed in real time on your device and is never stored or transmitted.
GAMMA generates binaural audio tones locally on your device. No audio is recorded or transmitted at any time.
GAMMA does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. There are no SDKs from third parties included in the app.
GAMMA does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. As no data is collected at all, GAMMA is compliant with COPPA by design.
If this policy changes in a future version of the app, the updated policy will be posted at this URL and the "last updated" date will be revised.
